This is lovely work, 18th century has been on my costuming wish list for a few years now. I love the white fabric with the scalloped edge and the parasol is just sweet!
I’d love to include this in my new group. I’ve set up a submission request. If you’d like to be featured all you need to do is go to the correspondence section of your messages and hit the accept button. I don’t need any more information for this.

Thank you :-)

The parasol indeed is a 1850-70 original one, but I decided to use it in the picture anyway, even if not historically correct, beacuse I loved it and it looked fine with the dress ;-)

The umbrella is an original 1850's carriage parasol (ok, not 18th century, but similar enough).
The hat is a 1950's hat I decored with ribbons, lace and feathers. Hats from the fifties, large and flat, are perfect as base for 18th century style hats.

No, I'm sorry. I gave the seamstress a detailed drawing of the dress, and pictures of details of original 18th century dresses, but not a pattern.
